In the event that the N8 fails to boot it is hard reset by :

1. Powering off the phone. (Should the phone be frozen holding the power key in for 8-10 seconds should work.)
2. Holding Menu + Camera + Volume Down and not releasing.
3. Powering on the Phone by pressing the power button.
4. When the phone has rebooted you can release the buttons.

This will also remove the QT runtime environment necessary for Ovi Store, QT 4.6 can be downloaded here from Rapidshare or multiupload.
